While it is still unclear whether Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik are engaged, the couple are certainly loved up. The sweet parents of baby Khai were captured walking the streets of Manhattan on Thursday, stopping for a rare moment of PDA. It’s not surprising that Hadid and Malik also nailed off duty-dressing – we are living for this cool-mum street style.
The model still had her long bronze locks from the Versace Fall 2021 runway and paired cropped, ripped jeans with a terracotta blazer, cropped tee, multi-colored scarf and beige sneakers. Malik’s ensemble was comprised of a classic shirt and jeans combo finished off with hardware-covered boots.
On March 18, Malik revealed how he is adjusting to parenthood before affectionately calling Hadid a “wicked mother.”
“Honestly, it’s amazing,” he told iHeartRadio. “A lot of people that I was speaking to, obviously before she was born and stuff, were like, ‘It’s a big adjustment, and it’s going to be a massive change and stuff.’ But honestly, she’s an amazing baby. It’s been really easy for me and Gigi to kind of just ease into it, I guess. [Khai] kind of made it easy for us. She sleeps really well, she loves her milk. It’s just feeding and changing diapers at the minute. It’s wicked. I’m enjoying it, for sure.”
Two days prior to the couple’s stroll around New York City, Hadid was spotted in Soho. She wore a mustard yellow trench coat courtesy of Moncler, flared tights and lace-up Dr. Marten Boots.
In early February, Hadid and Malik entered the ‘matching tattoos’ phase of coupledom. They both had the Arabic lettering خاي etched onto their skin which translates to “Khai.”
