Emma Roberts is reportedly expecting her first child, according to comments made by her mom (of all people) on Instagram.

Yesterday, Us Weekly alleged the couple were expecting just one year after first being romantically linked, and when fans began to congratulate the pair on social media, Robert’s mom Kelly chimed in enthusiastically (as any grandmother-to-be would). “Thank you so much! Very excited,” she responded to one well-wishing Instagram user. When another asked Kelly if Emma is pregnant, she wrote back, “Yes!!”
The baby news comes as a pleasant surprise for most fans of the American Horror Story actress who split from long-time partner Evan Peters in early 2019 after some five years together. Roberts was first linked to Hedlund a few months later, and the pair have been quietly dating ever since.
Roberts and Hedlund are yet to comment on the news themselves, but we wish the pair all the best.
