Actualmente la cantante se encuentra aislada junto a sus hijos Emme<\/strong> y Max<\/strong>,\u00a0su fianc\u00e9<\/em>\u00a0Alex<\/strong> Rodriguez<\/strong>\u00a0y sus hijas\u00a0Natasha<\/strong> y Ella<\/strong>. Y como seguramente ya viste en TikTok<\/strong>, la pareja se ha mantenido activa uni\u00e9ndose a las tendencias de la red social. Pero como ya todos sabemos, J.Lo es adicta a hacer ejercicio y ha tomado este tiempo para aprender un nuevo deporte: el b\u00e9isbol.<\/p>\n

Si bien, ARod es exjugador profesional del deporte y teni\u00e9ndolo en casa 24\/7, solo suena l\u00f3gico que se convierta en tu entrenador. Tal fue el caso esta semana como lo comparti\u00f3 el beisbolista en su Instagram. Aprovechando los d\u00edas soleados y el jard\u00edn de su casa, la familia se puso a practicar un par de hora para entretenerse.<\/p>\n

No Opening Day. No Sunday Night Baseball. . No sell-out crowds. No seventh-inning stretch rendition of \u201cTake Me Out to the Ballgame.\u201d . No problem! Since we can\u2019t go out to the ballgame right now, we had it here. . Yesterday was our Saturday Game of the Week. \u26be\ufe0f We hit, we threw, we played catch, we caught ground balls and pop flies. We laughed. We exercised. It's a reminder of how much fun you can have with people you love … with just a bat, glove and few balls. . This time off has reminded me how important it is to slow down and spend time with family. In my case, that means playing board games, embarrassing yourself at TikTok, trying to cook, and dressing up. \ud83d\ude00 . Yesterday was also a valuable lesson on the importance of social connection. We all need to take care of ourselves, mentally and physically, and also be respectful of the health and well-being of others. At a time when people need to stay apart, we can still find other ways to feel togetherness. . Find ways to exercise. Find ways to reduce stress. Find ways to stay in touch with those you can\u2019t be with in person right now. Stay connected, and most importantly, stay safe!<\/a><\/p>\n
