Sin embargo, los carbohidratos son un grupo necesario siempre y cuando tengan un alto contenido de nutrientes y fibra como los granos y las frutas, no el pan blanco, la harina y el arroz.<\/p>\n<p>Consumir una dosis moderada de carbohidratos por la ma\u00f1ana y al mediod\u00eda \u00a0tambi\u00e9n puede ayudarte a mantener tu peso estable, ya que ayudan a darte energ\u00eda para tener un rendimiento \u00f3ptimo durante todas tus actividades, los carbohidratos hacen que el cuerpo retenga l\u00edquidos y por lo tanto cuando bajas su consumo tambi\u00e9n la piel se ve m\u00e1s pegada al m\u00fasculo. <strong>Cuando dejas de comer carbohidratos a las 2:30 pm, permites que tu cuerpo los pueda quemar durante el resto del d\u00eda.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los carbohidratos saludables que puedes consumir durante la ma\u00f1ana son frutas como fresas y moras, vegetales verdes, coliflor, granos enteros como la quinoa y la cebada y los\u00a0que debes de eliminar por completo de tu dieta (excepto en tu <em>cheat day<\/em> o en contadas ocasiones) son harinas, arroz blanco, az\u00facar, papa, camote, pasta y bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas).<\/p>\n<p>Lo recomendado es ingerir menos del 30% del total de tu alimentaci\u00f3n en carbohidratos y el 70% de grasas y prote\u00ednas, aunque antes las grasas eran consideradas lo peor para mantenerse delgado, ahora est\u00e1 comprobado que incluso ayudan a adelgazar, obviamente estamos hablando de grasas saludables como el aguacate y las semillas oleaginosas.<\/p>\n<p>Para lograr tus objetivos y alcanzar la talla que deseas se recomienda mover tus comidas fuertes a una hora m\u00e1s temprana del d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed que ya lo sabes si no quieres hacer una dieta muy estricta, solo olv\u00eddate de los carbohidratos despu\u00e9s de las 2:3o
