Elena Reygadas, reconocida como la Mejor Chef Femenina del Mundo en 2023, llega a Estocolmo para una residencia creativa de tres noches en <em data-start=\"421\" data-end=\"434\">Brutalisten<\/em>, el restaurante conceptual fundado por el artista Carsten H\u00f6ller, y liderado por el chef Coen Dieleman.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"540\" data-end=\"959\">Ubicado en el coraz\u00f3n cultural de Estocolmo, <em data-start=\"585\" data-end=\"598\">Brutalisten<\/em> ha destacado por su manifiesto radical: una filosof\u00eda culinaria centrada en el uso de un solo ingrediente por plato, desafiando las nociones convencionales de complejidad gastron\u00f3mica.
