La cena, de car\u00e1cter \u00edntimo y exclusivo, permiti\u00f3 a los comensales disfrutar de un men\u00fa dise\u00f1ado en conjunto, donde la sofisticaci\u00f3n del Rive Gauche parisino se encontr\u00f3 con la interpretaci\u00f3n contempor\u00e1nea de la cocina mexicana que caracteriza a Mart\u00ednez. Un di\u00e1logo de sabores, texturas y t\u00e9cnicas que demostr\u00f3 la universalidad del buen comer.<\/p>\n<p>Al d\u00eda siguiente, Ultramarinos Demar celebr\u00f3 su primer aniversario con una colaboraci\u00f3n especial entre ambos chefs. En esta ocasi\u00f3n, el men\u00fa gir\u00f3 en torno a los mariscos, con un enfoque en la frescura de los productos y la precisi\u00f3n de las t\u00e9cnicas francesas.<\/p>\n<p>Cada platillo hablaba de la esencia de Le Duc y de la visi\u00f3n innovadora de Mart\u00ednez, creando una experiencia irrepetible para los asistentes.<\/p>\n<p>Este encuentro no solo fue una celebraci\u00f3n de la
