Estar\u00e1s encantada con los resultados.<\/p>\n<div>\n<h3>Combate enfermedades<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Al ser un ejercicio aer\u00f3bico nos ayudar\u00e1 a mejorar los niveles de glucosa en la
