The iconic movie, which skyrocketed the careers of some of our favourites actors, has not only left us with unforgettable fashion<\/a> moments but has taught us a thing or two about finding justice in the world, being true to ourselves and learning how to secure our man with the good old ‘bend and snap’.<\/p>\n

Reese Witherspoon, who played Elle Woods, took to her Instagram<\/a> story to share a sentimental post as an ode to her character Elle Woods, stateting, “The character literally changed my life, it changed my whole career, but it also completely opened me up to so many people in the world who come up to me every week or every month literally and say Elle Woods inspired me to go to law school, Elle Woods made me believe in myself, I played Elle Woods in my school play, so I really feel like I share Elle Woods with every single person that made this film who I love so dearly, also with all of you who played the character<\/a>.”<\/p>\n

Following her stories, Reese shared an Instagram post, captured “Omigod you guys \u2026.#LegallyBlonde premiered 20 years ago TODAY! Time flies when you’re busy using legal jargon in your everyday life. \ud83d\ude06 But truly… playing Elle Woods was the role of a lifetime and I’m so honored to have been a part of sharing her story with you all.
