Wynn Al Marjan Island is set to become one of the most significant new luxury destinations in the region when it opens in 2027 in Ras Al Khaimah. Located about 50 miles from Dubai International Airport, the resort is designed as a full scale escape, bringing together hospitality, dining, entertainment and leisure in one coastal setting.<\/p>\n

The project will include a 70-storey tower standing 352 meters tall, 1,530 rooms, suites and villas, 22 restaurants, lounges and bars, a beach club, multiple swimming pools and water features, a five-star spa, salon, a shopping promenade including designer boutiques and a dedicated events and celebration centre. Creating a destination where guests don\u2019t just visit a hotel, but move through a complete experience.<\/p>\n

A major part of the project is its gaming space. Wynn Al Marjan Island will include the country\u2019s first and largest legal casino, marking a significant step for the UAE hospitality landscape. Designed to meet the same high standards as Wynn Resorts\u2019 global properties, the gaming floor is expected to be a central attraction within the resort, complementing its wider entertainment and luxury offerings. It is positioned as a key pillar of the integrated resort experience, alongside hospitality, dining and entertainment .<\/p>\n

Speaking of which, another key focus of Wynn Al Marjan Island’s entertainment, is a purpose-built theatre designed in a modern Art Deco style inspired by Hollywood\u2019s golden age and the glamour of 1970s Las Vegas. The space is intended to feel immersive from the moment guests arrive, with every detail, from the lobby to transitional spaces like corridors and elevators, integrated into the overall design.<\/p>\n

Within this theater, Wynn will present a new original production in collaboration with Punchdrunk, the company behind globally recognized immersive works such as Sleep No More. The show will be designed to offer two distinct ways of experiencing the same story: a more traditional seated performance, or a roaming immersive journey that takes audiences behind the scenes into the hidden world of the production. Through the latter you can choose to follow the actors of the same story throughout their journey or just wonder around the space like it\u2019s an art gallery experience; blurring the line between stage and audience making it less of a passive experience and more of an interactive one.<\/p>\n

More broadly, Wynn Al Marjan Island reflects Wynn Resorts\u2019 approach to entertainment-led hospitality, where design, service and performance are all treated as part of a single experience. It\u2019s a project built around the idea of creating a destination that feels complete in itself, rather than a collection of separate
