Amidst the rising regional conflict following the US and Israel\u2019s first attacks on Iran at the end of February, Lebanon is one of the countries which has been worst affected following Israel\u2019s onslaught of attacks on the nation.<\/p>\n

According to the UN, more than 1.2 million people have been displaced \u2013 including tens of thousands of families \u2013 as Israeli airstrikes have been targeting the South of Lebanon, Bekaa Valley and the capital Beirut.<\/p>\n

As displacement continues, many people in Lebanon have been left with nowhere to go and now local initiatives and charities are doing the utmost to provide for those suffering.<\/p>\n

Below, GRAZIA has compiled a list of on-the-ground organisations currently helping those who have been displaced or injured, which you can donate to help, too.<\/p>\n

UNICEF<\/h3>\n

As the strikes on Lebanon continue, UNICEF Lebanon is working on the ground to deliver essential support, including clean water, healthcare, nutrition, education access, winter kits, and psychological support for children affected by the crisis.<\/p>\n

The Lebanese Food Bank<\/h3>\n

Launched in 2011, the Lebanese Food Bank has continually provided support for those in need across Lebanon. As a member of the Food Banking Regional Network in Dubai, the LFB distributes food for people across Lebanon.<\/p>\n

The Lebanese Red Cross<\/h3>\n

For over 80 years, the Lebanese Red Cross has been an organisation recognised by the Lebanese government, providing medical aid to those in need including ambulance services and blood support.<\/p>\n

Egna Legna Besidet<\/h3>\n

This grassroots organisation is based in Beirut which is migrant-led supporting and protecting the rights of domestic workers across the country providing emergency aid including food, shelter and medical referrals to those who need it, as well as much more.<\/p>\n

Endless Medical Advantage<\/h3>\n

Endless Medical Advantage is a Syrian-led humanitarian initiative providing mobile medical clinics and essential relief to vulnerable and refugee communities across Lebanon and Syria. By delivering primary healthcare, medicines, and urgent support directly to camps and underserved areas, the organisation ensures lifesaving care reaches those with limited access to medical services.<\/p>\n

International Rescue Committee<\/h3>\n

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) provides vital support to communities affected by Lebanon\u2019s ongoing crisis. Working with local partners, the IRC delivers emergency cash assistance, healthcare, education, and protection services for vulnerable families, including refugees and displaced people. Their programmes help people meet basic needs, access essential services, and rebuild stability amid economic hardship and regional instability.<\/p>\n
