The rooms feature gold-centred colour palettes and stylish interiors with glittering accents that pay homage to the season, minus the typical cheesiness, keeping things elegant and sophisticated in that classic SO\/ Uptown manner.<\/span><\/p>\n

The hotel’s sleek pan-Asian restaurant, Citronelle, serves festive classics at the acclaimed Tiger evening brunch on December 26 and December 31. There’s also a convenient takeaway option that brings the best of the mains straight to your table at home, which is ideal if you’re hosting. We’d recommend the signature roasted duck by Chef Yu Lin, marinated with 13 select spices that come together to create a succulent dish that is sure to have your guests begging for a copy of the recipe. <\/span><\/p>\n

Brasserie Uptown, meanwhile, serves up a French-inspired Yuletide Brunch on Christmas Day, and Savant, the hotel\u2019s cocktail bar, takes winter staples like cinnamon, nutmeg, and chocolate and weaves them into a selection of drinks that’ll make you feel all types of warm and fuzzy while ringing in the new year.<\/span><\/p>\n
