What makes their journey especially compelling is not just the sisterhood behind the brand, but the intention that runs through every piece they create. Drawing on a deep pride in their Emirati identity, the founders have shaped 94 Jewelry into a label that speaks to memory, elegance and purpose, which the sisters detail in tis latest edition of the GRAZIA career edit.<\/p>\n

Fashion marketing. Learning how to reach consumers on a personal level and create a connection that matters.<\/p>\n

One of six Emirati sisters transforming family traditions into modern heirlooms that celebrate heritage, craftsmanship and timeless elegance.<\/p>\n

We were inspired to enter the fashion & jewellery space because\u2026<\/h4>\n

It offered a way to blend creativity with meaning; to transform our heritage, memories and love for design into pieces that tell stories and can be cherished for generations.<\/p>\n

Our daily routine consists of\u2026<\/h4>\n

a balance between creativity and collaboration: reviewing designs, sourcing materials and meetings with our team. Most of the day is dedicated to the brand, while evenings are when we switch off, spending time with family and friends.<\/p>\n

working together across every part of the brand \u2014 from design and creative direction to finance, marketing, and operations.<\/p>\n

The biggest hurdle we have experienced in my career\u2026<\/h4>\n

has been balancing creativity and staying true to our artistic vision with the realities of running a business.<\/p>\n

seeing 94 Jewelry grow from a shared dream into a brand that carries our heritage to a global stage. Watching our designs resonate with people from different cultures, while staying rooted in our Emirati identity has been both humbling and deeply rewarding.<\/p>\n
