Sydney Sweeney and Glen Powell<\/a> have once again found themselves at the centre of romantic speculation<\/a>. Over the weekend, the Anyone But You<\/em> <\/a>co-stars were spotted spending time together in Dallas, just days after news broke that Sweeney had called off her engagement<\/a> to longtime partner Jonathan Davino.<\/p>\n

According to images obtained by gossip page Deuxmoi (see here<\/a>), the duo was seen enjoying a meal at a Mexican restaurant, surrounded by friends.<\/p>\n

Sweeney, 27, dressed in an understated black outfit, seemed at ease with the company, according to witnesses. Powell, 36, meanwhile, kept things casual in a khaki polo shirt.<\/p>\n

Insiders suggest that Sweeney\u2019s visit to Texas was primarily for Powell\u2019s sister\u2019s wedding\u2014a celebration she had RSVP\u2019d to well before her split. While Powell himself was absent from a reported brunch she attended with his family, sources confirm that the Euphoria<\/em><\/a> star has maintained a longstanding friendship with the Powells, particularly with his sister.<\/p>\n

Despite the social media frenzy, a source close to the pair clarified to TMZ<\/em><\/a> that they did not attend the wedding as a couple, though they remain close.<\/p>\n

Sweeney\u2019s recent split from Davino, 41, has been described as the result of ongoing relationship struggles, with reports citing career pressures and differing priorities as key factors. For now, as one chapter closes, another\u2014at least in the court of public fascination\u2014seems to be unfolding.<\/p>\n

\u201cSydney and Jonathan have been having major issues but are not fully split,\u201d an insider told Us Weekly<\/em><\/a>, adding that the chapter isn’t entirely closed on the couple, who have been together since 2018.<\/p>\n

\u201cThings are not great right now, but they aren\u2019t throwing in the towel yet,” they continued. “They are working on their relationship but have called off the wedding<\/a> for now.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to the source, the couple were \u201csupposed to get married this spring\u201d, but Sweeney \u201ccouldn\u2019t handle the stress\u201d of a wedding during this time of her career.<\/p>\n

Sweeney and Powell initially faced the wrath of the social media rumour mill during the filming and press tour<\/a> of their rom-com, Anyone But You<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Throughout their multiple appearances together, fans couldn’t help but notice how much their on-screen chemistry carried through IRL. Things got even more heated when it was reported that Powell ended his three-year relationship with model Gigi Paris<\/a>, 30, who then unfollowed him and Sweeney on
