Her Majesty Queen Rania<\/a> has long been a steadfast advocate for the success of Jordanians. And her recent visit to Al Quwayrah only cemented further her commitment to uplifting local communities\u2014especially the women shaping their own futures.<\/p>\n

Sharing her experience on Instagram with her 10.5 million followers, she visited Aqaba on Tuesday to engage with the local community of female entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n

The queen<\/a> particularly talked with business owners who have been funded by the Royal Hashemite Court and supported by the Jordan River Foundation (JRF), which has empowered over 100 families in the field of agriculture, handicrafts and hospitality.<\/p>\n

During her royal engagement in the district, Queen Rania<\/a> visited Harba Al Rkeibat, also known as Um Enad, whose home-based breadmaking business has become a staple in the region. She also visited Ali Manaj’aa, founder of a local print shop that has created a plethora of job opportunities for the youth.<\/p>\n

“Despite today’s cold weather, all I felt was warmth among the people of Al Quwayrah, where Jordanian homes overflow with kindness and generosity,” Queen Rania wrote on Instagram.<\/p>\n

For the occasion, the queen oozed her usual elegance, this time wearing a traditional black, red and white accented thobe which features Jordanian and Palestinian embroideries.<\/p>\n

Just before the Queen returned to work mode, she celebrated and welcomed her second grandchild, Princess Amina, daughter of Her Royal Highness Princess Iman<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0her husband, Jameel Alexander Thermiotis.<\/a><\/p>\n

The princess, who was born on February 16, 2025, was immediately engulfed with the family’s love and blessings.<\/p>\n

Queen Rania took to Instagram to share the news: “We’re grateful and overjoyed to meet Amina, our family’s newest blessing.”<\/p>\n

Of course, the Jordanian queen couldn’t help but gush that her daughter is also embracing her new role as a mother. “My darling Iman is now a mother,” she said before adding her congratulations, “Congratulations Jameel and Iman. God bless you and your precious little girl.”<\/p>\n

The queen later posted a heartfelt video of the royal family welcoming the youngest
