When Dua Lipa isn’t performing to stadiums full of thousands of people, she’s running by the streets of New York embracing the city’s street-savvy energy. Her main statement piece? None other than the new Chanel 25 handbag.<\/p>\n

Marking a fresh chapter in the Chanel universe, the 29-year-old, known for “Houdini,” has become the face of the emblematic bag\u2014one designed for the woman always on the go.<\/p>\n

Directed by Grammy-nominated director Gordon von Steiner, the campaign sees the singer in her natural element of freedom and energy. “I\u2019ve been a big fan of his work for a very long time. What I see in his music videos is that sense of freedom, fun, and energy that\u2019s so easy to feel,” she said.<\/p>\n

Amidst the vibrant buzz of Manhattan’s streets, Dua brings her signature enthusiasm and undeniable charm to the campaign. She playfully hums and sings the beloved ’90s classic \u201cShe Drives Me Crazy\u201d by the Fine Young Cannibals.<\/p>\n

While draped in the Maison’s signature classic blend of a glittery black tweed jacket and costume jewellery, the icon sported Chanel’s quilted 25 handbags in medium and large sizes\u2014each with the signature large side pockets. A true ode to Chanel\u2019s nonchalant and sophisticated allure.<\/p>\n

Of course, this isn’t the first time the Dua was spotted with the soon-to-be It-bag. Fresh off the front row at Chanel’s Spring\/Summer 2025 haute couture show, she teased the look early on, opting for a small quilted leather Chanel 25 bag in black.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m obsessed with this bag. It\u2019s the perfect kind of bag for me as someone who\u2019s always on the move and likes to carry around everything, especially because it\u2019s got these great pockets for all my favourite things,” the pop star said. “There\u2019s a place for my books, a place for my sunglasses, maybe a notebook or two, and even a place for my crystals. It\u2019s just the perfect everyday bag!<\/p>\n

\u201cFor me, this campaign is about the freedom of movement, self-expression and embracing that on-the-go energy. It\u2019s powerful, yet playful, and above all, joyous. It\u2019s a similar spirit that I share as an artist, so it immediately resonated with me on many levels.\u201d<\/p>\n

With its subtly structured bucket silhouette, roomy interior, and signature double C drawstring, the Chanel 25 handbag is the definition of form meets function.<\/p>\n

While the campaign is yet to be released by March 2025, it’s a sure fact that the pop star has already cemented the bag as one of the ultimate It-girl accessories for
