When Chanel tapped singer-songwriter Gracie Abrams, it only made sense that they’d unlocked a new chapter in embracing and redefining the ultra-feminine.<\/p>\n

Of course, the moment when the singer stepped out donned in Chanel with her statement vintage-esque style at the Met Gala and the Grammys was just a few more tell-tale signs that Gracie would soon break the day as the Maison’s newest House ambassador.<\/p>\n

Now, rising to the occasion as the face of Chanel’s pre Spring\/Summer 2025 collection campaign, the American singer has\u00a0<\/span>solidified her place within the brand’s identity while showcasing her timeless<\/span> ’90s elegance <\/span>meshed\u00a0<\/span>with<\/span>\u00a0the\u00a0<\/span>charm<\/span>\u00a0of casual chic.<\/span><\/p>\n

Redefining the Maison’s concept of femininity while staying close to Gabrielle Chanel’s classic silhouettes, the collection features jeans paired with tweed jackets, bermuda shorts and baseball jackets for an edgy yet womanly vibe.<\/p>\n

Notably framed and captured through Craig McDean’s lens and the artistic direction of the ever-talented Sofia Coppola, the campaign declares a new era of modernity in the Chanel world.<\/p>\n

With particular nods to Coppola’s most celebrated characters\u2014think the grace of Priscilla Presley from Priscilla<\/em>, the edge of Lux Lisbon from The Virgin Suicides\u2014<\/em>it’s a sure fact that the collection’s suppleness with interplays of the ’90s contrast, become the very definition of tapping into the ultra-Gen Z and modern style.<\/p>\n

While retaining the Maison’s understated elegance through simplistic shots, one thing is clearly evident from this campaign: Gracie has raised the bar of what it means to be a Chanel girl.<\/span><\/p>\n

Coupled with the textures that define the brand, the denim-turned-innovation interwoven with chain jewellery, and the boyish charm of oversized totes, the singer of\u00a0That’s So True<\/em> has taken the helm of Chanel’s next generation of icons.<\/span><\/p>\n

As fresh as it can get, the 25-year-old is the near-perfect blueprint for Chanel’s SS25 pre-collection. Inspired by the singer, the collection also highlights the soft tones of pastels, the delicate touches of pinks and blues, and the wardrobe staples of blacks and whites.<\/p>\n

The variety of textures is further complemented by the Maison’s haute jewellery, including double C pearls, sautoir necklaces, rings, and quilted bags featured in classic flaps and totes.<\/p>\n
