From aspiring to be a fashion designer in her early years to becoming a renowned stylist and entrepreneur, she has built a career centred around creativity, expertise, and a deep connection with her clients.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hanya’s passion lies in the transformative power of clothing, personal style and unforgettable experiences. She is dedicated to helping clients rediscover their confidence through personalised wardrobe makeovers and expert shopping services, enabling them to look and feel their best every day.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I\u2019m a Kuwait-based stylist and image consultant, helping clients elevate their personal style while also collaborating with brands on styling, shoot curation, and organisation. Beyond styling, I\u2019m also a content creator and event host, curating memorable experiences and guest lists tailored to brands\u2019 needs.<\/span><\/p>\n

When I was younger I wanted to be…<\/strong><\/h5>\n

I always dreamed of becoming a fashion designer. I\u2019d spend hours sketching dresses, inspired by my ultimate icon, Elie Saab. One summer, when I was 13, my mum sent my sketchbook to Elie Saab\u2019s showroom in Lebanon. To my surprise, I received an email from their team encouraging me to keep sketching and pursue a future in fashion. That moment was truly defining for me.<\/span><\/p>\n

However, when it came time to choose my studies, I ended up pursuing journalism, political science, and public relations instead. While not directly linked to fashion design, these fields provided me with the skills to communicate, create, and connect\u2014tools that have shaped my career today.<\/span><\/p>\n

My favourite subject at school was…<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Art and political science. I had an incredible teacher who was a master storyteller, and his passion for the subject inspired me to choose political science as my second major in university.<\/span><\/p>\n

My first job was…<\/strong><\/h5>\n

My first job was as a Branding Coordinator in the Marketing Department at Zain Telecom.<\/span><\/p>\n

My career path so far has been\u2026<\/strong><\/h5>\n

It hasn\u2019t been an easy journey. I really struggled with corporate jobs\u2014desk jobs just weren\u2019t for me. Although I loved the community I built and the amazing people I met, I felt suffocated. I worked for both a large corporation and a startup, which gave me a deep understanding of both sides of the business. I transitioned from marketing to business development and eventually took the leap into entrepreneurship. I’m so glad I trusted my instincts and ventured into the unknown.<\/span><\/p>\n

The role the Middle East has played in my career is…<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Being born and raised in Kuwait has profoundly influenced my career. Growing up in a modest yet close-knit community, I\u2019ve always felt inspired by the region\u2019s rich fashion history. Surrounded by like-minded, fashionable individuals, I\u2019ve found endless inspiration from my peers, which continues to shape my style and career.<\/span><\/p>\n

I was inspired to become an entrepreneur and enter the fashion space because…<\/strong><\/h5>\n

From a young age, I always felt that entrepreneurship was part of who I am. I admired entrepreneurs for their hustle and determination, and I told myself I would succeed no matter the path I took. I was particularly inspired by the women in my community who built successful careers from scratch. Their resilience and drive pushed me to carve my own path, pursue my passion for fashion, and create something meaningful.<\/span><\/p>\n

My daily routine consists of…<\/strong><\/h5>\n

I start my day early, around 7 or 8 AM, with celery juice to kickstart my morning. Depending on the day, I either hit the gym at 6 AM or take mindful walks to clear my head. A good hot coffee is always part of my routine\u2014it\u2019s one of my favourite moments of the day. Journaling helps me stay grounded and focused.<\/span><\/p>\n

My workday often involves client meetings, content creation, and socialising with people from the fashion community. I love exchanging ideas and learning from others. I try to attend social events whenever I can, and by 11 PM, I unwind and get some much-needed rest for the next day.<\/span><\/p>\n

My story about becoming a stylist is…<\/strong><\/h5>\n

I\u2019ve always wanted to work in the fashion industry but wasn\u2019t sure how to get there. After my role at the telecom company, I decided to dive into fashion. I applied to every fashion-related company I could find\u2014from startups to local brands and magazines. Eventually, I landed a role at a Kuwaiti fashion startup as a Business Development Manager, where I gained invaluable experience in marketing, styling, content creation, and even modelling for the brand.<\/span><\/p>\n

As I got more involved, I realised that I truly enjoyed working directly with clients and personalising their wardrobes. That\u2019s when it clicked for me \u2013 styling and creating meaningful experiences for others was where my true passion lay.<\/span><\/p>\n

My role as a stylist entails…<\/strong><\/h5>\n

I work closely with my clients to understand their personal style, needs, and preferences. I\u2019m always on call, whether it\u2019s offering last-minute looks or providing tailored services. My goal is to help clients feel confident and look their best every day, refining their wardrobe to reflect who they truly are.<\/span><\/p>\n

I see myself as their \u201cbig sister\u201d\u2014someone who\u2019s there to guide, support, and offer advice that\u2019s personalized to their body type, lifestyle, and individual needs.<\/span><\/p>\n

The biggest milestone I have achieved is…<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Collaborating with SheerLuxe and gaining global recognition is a milestone I\u2019m incredibly proud of. Looking back on this past year, I can see how much I\u2019ve grown, and this achievement is a testament to the progress I\u2019ve made. It\u2019s a truly defining moment in my career.<\/span><\/p>\n

The biggest hurdle I have experienced in my career…<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Being based in Kuwait, which has a small and close-knit community, can sometimes limit access to international opportunities. Breaking into global publications and accessing broader networks has been one of the biggest challenges I\u2019ve faced.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2025, I hope to achieve even greater success and recognition on the global stage. My goal is to grow my business and expand its reach, making a lasting impact in the fashion industry. I truly believe this is just the beginning, and with God\u2019s will, everything will continue to progress upwards from
