Megan Fox is pregnant! The actress revealed that she is expecting her fourth baby, her first with on-again, off-again boyfriend Machine Gun Kelly. Though she didn\u2019t share details about her due date or the baby\u2019s gender, she confirmed the joyous news with a sultry maternity photoshoot, which she posted to Instagram.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In the pictures shared with her 21.7 million followers, Fox posed nude while covered in an inky black substance that dripped over her body and pooled around her. The 38-year-old sweetly cradled her growing bump, which she tagged the rapper\u2019s handle over. She also included an image of her positive pregnancy test. <\/span><\/p>\n

The announcement comes a year after the <\/span>Jennifer\u2019s Body <\/span><\/i>star revealed that she had miscarried in 2023.\u00a0<\/span>\u201cI\u2019d never been through anything like that in my life,\u201d Fox revealed at the time while promoting her poetry book<\/a>, <\/span>Pretty Boys Are Poisonous<\/span><\/i>, on <\/span>Good Morning America<\/span><\/i>. \u201cI have three kids, so it was very difficult for both of us,\u201d she added about the musician. \u201cIt sent us on a very wild journey together and separately \u2026 trying to navigate \u2018What does this mean?\u2019 and \u2018Why did this happen?\u2019\u201d she said.<\/span><\/p>\n

But it appears the couple have overcome their loss, with Fox writing \u201cNothing is ever really lost. Welcome back \ud83d\udc7c\ud83c\udffc\u2764\ufe0f,\u201d as the caption to her post.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Fox is already mother to three children, Noah, 11, Bodhi, 10, and Journey, 7, whom she shares with ex-husband Brian Austin Green. Machine Gun Kelly, whose real name is Colson Baker, is father to 15-year-old daughter Casie with former girlfriend Emma Cannon.<\/span><\/p>\n

The couple met in 2020 while filming in Puerto Rico for the crime thriller <\/span>Midnight in the Switchgrass<\/span><\/i>. Fox then later appeared in the music video for his 2021 single \u201cBloody Valentine\u201d, which was released days after she filed for divorce. The 34-year-old proposed in 2022 with a emerald and diamond \u2018toi et moi\u2019 engagement ring that was reportedly designed to \u201churt\u201d when Fox took it off. They celebrated the milestone by drinking each other\u2019s blood<\/a>, though the couple initially called it quits soon after. In 2023, Fox confirmed to Alex Cooper on her <\/span>Call Me Daddy <\/span><\/i>podcast that she officially ended her engagement.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t have a comment on the status of the relationship<\/a>, per se,\u201d she began. \u201cWhat I can say is [he] is what I refer to as being my \u2018twin soul\u2019 and there will always be a tether to him, no matter what,\u201d she added. \u201cI can\u2019t say for sure what the capacity will be, but I will always be connected to him somehow. Beyond that, I\u2019m not willing to explain.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
