Last year, the reticent Joe Alwyn<\/a> was a mainstay of the media thanks to his breakup with Taylor Swift<\/a> and the subsequent lyrics<\/a> it inspired. Now, the actor finds himself making headlines once again thanks to another high-profile romance with Kendall Jenner.<\/p>\n

Over the last few days, fans\u2014Swifties, in particular\u2014have been stoking the flames of this potential match.<\/p>\n

So, what’s fuelled the rumours? Well, not a lot, depending on who you ask.<\/p>\n

On October 19, Alwyn and Jenner attended the Fourth Annual Academy Museum Gala<\/a> at the Academy of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles last week\u2014an event that is often referred to as LA’s answer to the Met Gala, where many an A-list couple have made their debut.<\/p>\n

After photographs<\/a> emerged of the pair posing together once inside the event, fans became convinced that the connection went a little further than proximity. Alwyn then liked Jenner’s Instagram<\/a> post from the event, which, by today’s dating standards, may actually mean something.<\/p>\n

Considering the supermodel has previously been part of Swift’s ‘squad’<\/a>, it struck fans as odd that she posed with her ex<\/a>. However, during the height of the singer’s beef with Scooter Braun<\/a> in 2021, which led to Swift re-recording her entire album catalogue, Jenner seemingly took sides with Braun. Not to mention, Swift’s long-standing feud with Jenner’s sister, Kim Kardashian<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Though it’s unclear if Swift, 34, and Alwyn, 33, who broke up last year<\/a> after six and half years together, are on good terms, these rumours might not sit well with the songstress.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Jenner, 28, has been single following her split with Bad Bunny<\/a>.
