Meghan Markle has reportedly<\/a> written her own personal memoir, following in the footsteps of Prince Harry who published his explosive account, <\/span>Spare<\/span><\/i>, in January 2023. Rather than the novel immediately hitting shelves, however, royal experts have alleged the Duchess of Sussex plans to use the book as a form of retaliation should it ever be needed. <\/span><\/p>\n

According to royal correspondent and commentator Jennie Bond, the 43-year-old\u2019s version of events will\u00a0 \u201cremain a potential weapon in her back pocket if she ever feels the need to seek some sort of revenge.\u201d It\u2019s been claimed that Meghan has been quietly writing a \u201ctell-all\u201d for years<\/a>, with the Montecito-based royal<\/a> seemingly using the book as an avenue to speak her truth. <\/span><\/p>\n

A source told the press back in August that the American Riviera Orchard<\/a> founder has \u201cthe potential to make an absolute fortune and clear up a lot of questions\u201d, adding that the talk within their circle is \u201cto take the gloves off and do away with the diplomacy\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

It\u2019s believed that Meghan\u2019s memoir will explain her mental health struggles and decision to step away as senior members of the royal family<\/a> in further detail. Prince Harry elaborated on the circumstances surrounding their departure in <\/span>Spare, <\/span><\/i>with the 40-year-old making daming accusations towards his brother, Prince William, sister-in-law, Kate Middleton and father, King Charles III. <\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

The insider alleged that \u201cone option on the table is to go all-out with a big tell-all from [Meghan] where she completely lays out her side of the story,\u201d though this isn\u2019t guaranteed. The Sussexes signed a lucrative four-book deal with Penguin Random House in 2021. So far, they have only published two novels through the partnership\u2014Prince Harry\u2019s <\/span>Spare <\/span><\/i>and Meghan\u2019s illustrative children\u2019s story <\/span>The Bench. <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Meghan\u2019s herself has busied herself with projects since leaving The Firm, including launching her own lifestyle brand<\/a>, helming two non-scripted limited series<\/a> on Netflix, expanding her investment portfolio as a venture capitalist<\/a>, embarking on tours to Nigeria and Colombia<\/a>, producing a docuseries and finding a new home for her recently-defunct podcast, Archetypes<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are also reported to be the new owners of a European vacation home in Portugal<\/a>, which sounds like the perfect location to write \u00e0 la Colin Firth in
