Jennifer Lawrence is pregnant<\/a>!<\/p>\n

Law week, reports circulated that the actress and her husband, Cooke Maroney, were expecting their second child. So, when she was seen in Los Angeles on Friday night wearing a La Ligne T-shirt and sweater that outlined her growing baby bump, a rep confirmed the joyous news to Vogue<\/em> afterwards.<\/p>\n

The couple, who were married<\/a> in 2019, are already parents to two-year-old son, Cy Maroney, whom they welcomed<\/a> in February 2022 and named after the famous American painter Cy Twombly\u2014a favourite artist of Maroney, a gallerist.<\/p>\n

Opening up about motherhood during a 2022 interview<\/a>, the No Hard Feelings<\/em><\/a> star recalled the life-changing birth of her son<\/a>.\u201cThe morning after I gave birth, I felt like my whole life had started over,” she said. “Like, now is day one of my life. I just stared. I was just so in love.”<\/p>\n

With her upcoming film, Zurawski v. Texas<\/em>, premiering later this month, here’s hoping for an official baby bump<\/a> reveal soon in maternity style<\/a> to rival her last rotation…<\/p>\n

Jennifer Lawrence on motherhood<\/h2>\n

In a 2022 interview with Vogue<\/em><\/a>, Lawrence, 34, discussed the indescribable joy of becoming a mother.<\/p>\n

\u201cI mean, the euphoria of Cy is just\u2014Jesus, it\u2019s impossible,” she said. “I always tell him, I love you so much it\u2019s impossible.\u201d<\/p>\n

Then in 2023, she told Interview<\/em><\/a> magazine that her relationship with fame has changed since becoming a mother. When asked about how she would protect her son, Lawrence simply said that she just tries to do her best.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was so nervous when I was pregnant,” she said to interviewer Cameron Diaz<\/a>. “I was getting paparazzi\u2019d, and I was just like, \u2018How the f**k am I not going to lose it on these guys when they\u2019re taking a picture of my baby?\u2019 Then, once he was here, I realised that my energy is more important to him than anything else. So, if he feels that I\u2019m anxious before I leave the house, or I\u2019m angry when we\u2019re outside, that\u2019s going to impact him.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cSo, it\u2019s actually done the opposite, where I\u2019ve gotten a little bit more zen and a little bit more relaxed with getting photographed because I don\u2019t have a choice,” she continued. “You just have to accept it, take a deep breath and walk. I don\u2019t want him to inherit the anxiety and anger that I
