In all its multitude, feminity and womanhood have been big topics in the zeitgeist this past year.<\/p>\n

Falling in line with that exploration, the Qatari it-girl abaya brand 1309 Studios pays homage to that sacred journey with its newest collection.<\/p>\n

Flaunted by the a-listers, from Imaan Hammam<\/a> to Georgina Rodr\u00edguez, the contemporary edgy outwear label has continued to reach new heights with each drop. From a buzzworthy pop-up at Dubai’s The Muse<\/a>, to a new TikTok page that’s creating some noise, collection number 11 sets out to continue that upward trajectory.<\/p>\n

From two-toned florals to chiffon silks, each piece tells a multilayered story of femininity, identity and diversity. Titled “The 11th Odyssey”<\/a>, 1309 Studio sets out to take its audience on a curated journey of exploring each face of the self, through multitudinous material, design and cuts.<\/p>\n

Telling a story with fabric interaction, each stitch and cut embed tells a silent tale. From paying attention to that little girl that resides within through the lacy butterfly stitchings trailing the hem of a scarf. To masculine-edged bold pieces that trail with you a sense of grown-woman elegance. Each piece explores and honours the layers of womanhood with delicacy and artisanal craftsmanship.<\/p>\n
