This Qatari royal is known for making fashion statements that never fail to captivate. Over the years, we\u2019ve seen Her Highness Sheikh Moza bint Nasser’s fashion sense has grown and elevated into a style so influential that it makes everyone wonder: \u201cWho is she wearing this time?\u201d<\/p>\n
