New York Fashion Week is set to make an official comeback this September. After two seasons that have been almost entirely virtual, the new upcoming season will mark the beginning of the physical return of the bi-annual event. The shows will take place on September 8th – 12th and showcase the spring\/summer 2022 collections.<\/p>\n

The IMG President of Fashion Events and properties, Leslie Russo, announced early this week that they would be taking significant steps to help restore and support the fashion community during the pandemic through creating the IMG Fashion Alliance initiative.<\/p>\n

This initiative will unite 11 brands, including Prabal Gurgun, Sergio Hudson, Monse, Brandon Maxwell, Altuzarra, Proenza Schouler, Jason Wu, LaQuan Smith and Markarian, who have agreed to show exclusively in New York until at least 2022.<\/p>\n
