But as someone who has been working in the modelling industry since she was 14\u2014and who looks better at 43 than ever\u2014you can bet that we&#8217;re all ears when she shares <a href=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/us\/articles\/gisele-bundchen-shares-advice-when-life-gets-challenging\/\">advice<\/a>. From the routines that keep her looking and feeling great to the food she favours to keep her energy up, the mother and entrepreneur takes a holistic approach to her <a href=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/articles\/gisele-bundchen-skincare-diet\/\">wellness<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In a new interview with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/style\/gisele-bundchen-routine-cookbook-family-e0a184df\" target=\"_blank\"><em>The<\/em> <em>Wall Street Journal<\/em>,<\/a> the Brazilian native opened up about how she navigates co-parenting her two kids with her ex, <a href=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/articles\/gisele-bundchen-divorce-tom-brady-fine\/\">Tom Brady<\/a>, and what works for her when she does and doesn&#8217;t have the kids in her care.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have my <a href=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/us\/articles\/gisele-bundchen-daughter-tom-brady-vivian-photos\/\">kids<\/a> sometimes, and sometimes I don\u2019t have my kids. There\u2019s a different ritual when I\u2019m with them and when I\u2019m not,\u201d she told the outlet. \u201cWhen my kids are with me, they have so many activities. It\u2019s difficult to manage my schedule and their schedule.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>One part of her routine she never skimps on, though, is her oxygen mask.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The most important thing for me every day is to put the oxygen mask on me first,\u201d she noted.<\/p>\n<p>Unsurprisingly, B\u00fcndchen, who has never been one for the Hollywood party scene, said that she likes to \u201cgo to bed at about ten pm\u201d and get up to meditate at around five in the morning every day.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_250056\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-250056\" style=\"width: 1440px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-250056\" src=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/victor3s_188311827_300969988181780_7456355438562216241_n.jpg\" alt=\"gisele-bundchen-diet-workout-routine\" width=\"1440\" height=\"1800\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-250056\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Image via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/gisele\" target=\"_blank\">Instagram.com\/gisele<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>To support the body&#8217;s immune system and get her metabolism moving, she also drinks \u201clukewarm water with a little lemon and Celtic salt\u201d first thing in the morning. Then, to get her body moving, she takes a moment to stretch before walking and feeding her German Shepherd.<\/p>\n<p>With a passion for nutrition, the veteran model likes to keep her diet mostly natural. She focuses on vegetables and fruits, with eggs, avocado, smoothies, and almond paste for protein boosts. White sugar is also a no-go for the 43-year-old, as she considers it poison.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere [are] so many other ways you can sweeten your things that are delicious,\u201d she said, adding that her favourite treats included honey, maple syrup, and dates.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_250057\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-250057\" style=\"width: 1440px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-250057\" src=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/reneebargh_104430745_140901910924854_6317991736088429048_n.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1440\" height=\"1693\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-250057\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Image via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/gisele\" target=\"_blank\">Instagram.com\/gisele<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Despite a busy schedule, B\u00fcndchen tries to find time to work out six days a week, swapping between low-intensity workouts that relax the mind and heart-pumping cardio.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI love Pilates because I had back surgery three years ago, and it helps with your core. I like to exercise outside surfing, swimming, horseback riding, and volleyball,&#8221; she explained. &#8220;When I\u2019m on holiday, I do more of that.
