As part of their carbon neutral pledge, the resort has also partnered with Co2nsensus to donate $10 (Dhs35) per night to a wind power plant based to offset international travelers&#8217; flights to the resort.<\/p>\n<p>The hotel itself boasts 82 stone villas, which are set among date palms, pomegranate trees, and wandering sandy paths that are accessible via your own private bikes that are awaiting you at your villa. They grow all their own herbs and vegetables here, alongside producing all of their own drinking water. Other F&amp;B offerings you don&#8217;t want to miss include the Arabian-inspired fare at the Spice Market; Sumer House for Mediterranean-influenced dishes; and the infamous Land &amp; Sea extravaganza, which is a surf and turf style buffet with live cooking stations right down on the beach.
