Making a major case for big, 80s bouffant blow-outs, Miley Cyrus’s hair deserved an award of its own. “This year we decided we wanted something dry and bigger, more fuller hair, but sexy and tousled and touchable,” revealed hairstylist Bob Recine<\/a>, who \u2013 using Nexxus hair products \u2013 added a whole lot of height, volume and lift.
