If, like us, you\u2019re in desperate need of a\u00a0holiday<\/a>\u00a0after what has been the strangest year we can remember, you\u2019ll be pleased to hear many countries have reopened their borders to international tourists. Here\u2019s a list of where you can\u00a0travel\u00a0<\/a>to and the important travel information you need to know.<\/p>\n

Brazil<\/strong>
\nSamba dancing has never sounded so appealing. Brazil is home to some of the world\u2019s most spectacular beaches including the iconic Copacabana beach in Rio de Janeiro. Tourists have been flying in and out of Brazil since 29 July and the only requirement is that you have valid\u00a0health\u00a0<\/a>insurance.<\/p>\n

Barbados<\/strong>
\nThe perfect place for a stroll on white sandy beaches, Barbados has been welcoming tourists back since 12 July. Only those with a negative test result taken within two days of arrival will be allowed entry. However, testing is available on arrival (Dhs550) for those who couldn\u2019t get the test done before departure, but requires those to quarantine for 48 hours. Tourists arriving from a \u2018high-risk\u2019 country will also have to quarantine for seven days in a hotel (which you have to pay for yourself).<\/p>\n
