We’re currently taking notes from Sheikha Moza on how to incorporate statement jewellery into our outfits. Right off the bat, the first thing that captures the eye is her ornate jewellery from David Webb that seems to take centre stage over her navy blue tailored outfit from the royal’s most cherished luxury brand, Valentino. She donned this elegant ensemble to the Dutch King, Willem Alexander’s coronation in 2013, proving that no matter what year it is, her discerning eye picks out timeless fashion staples.<\/p>\n

Truly a vision to behold. The Qatar royal for this instance had channelled old Hollywood glamour, think Grace Kelly. Her Highness pulled off all shades of grey in this Dior attire. For an official state visit to Britain, she wore a grey jacket embossed with a textural pattern and a plain skirt of a similar tone. She added a dark-hued fur shawl as well as a pair of grey gloves to compliment her look. Sheikha Moza has managed to pioneer modest fashion tastefully and continues to do so at every event.<\/p>\n

For her visit to the state of New York, Her Highness wore a green Ronald Vanderkemp dress from the designer’s 2018 haute couture show. The Sheikha has donned the colour green on multiple occasions, yet each look has variably looked more captivating than the other. Despite being monochromatic the garment includes details that make it stand out. It features a high neckline with a distinctive cuff and pleated skirt adding to the charm of the silky green fabric. Sheikha Moza added a pair of contrasting gold pumps and wore no jewellery as a means to let the outfit have its moment.<\/p>\n

Her visit to London consisted of her wearing an all-white ensemble showcasing some playful textures from Italian designer Giambattista Valli. Once again, she shows us that if your outfit is statement enough, there’s no need to accessorize with more jewellery apart from a pair of simple earrings. To finish her look, she had elegantly applied a minimal amount of make-up and chose to carry a Chanel Croc bag in white.<\/p>\n

Sheikha Moza took the moment to revel in the late visionary designer, Karl Lagerfeld’s work on this occasion. She stunned the crowds while she dressed head to toe in Chanel. Time and time again the stylish royal has claimed her rightful place as best-dressed with her timeless yet trendy outfits. For a royal gala dinner at the Palace of Madrid, she wore a beautiful white dress adorned with sequins and a similar cape with a collar and a pink bow gracing the garment. This makes us wonder, could the Sheikha have predicted the viral TikTok bow trend nearly 12 years ago?<\/p>\n

French designer, St\u00e9phane Rolland once described that Sheikha Moza “came across like a Fifties movie star. Sheikha Moza is the Arab world\u2019s answer to Ava Gardner.” In fact, many known and celebrated individuals in the fashion industry had something similar to say about this royal. During her visit to London for the inaugural of the Quranic Garden Exhibition in 2010, Sheikha Moza wore an embroidered grey flannel dress along with some grey pumps and a chic pair of sunglasses.<\/p>\n

To complete her look she wore a baby blue hijab and a bright shade of lipstick to match the colours of the prints.<\/p>\n

During her visit to Tunisia in 2017, the queen wore an extravagant outfit from the famed French designer, Julien Fourni\u00e9. The floor-grazing gown featured an A-line draped silhouette and a royal shade of deep red. She sported gold accented jewellery and a clutch that enhanced the attire.<\/p>\n
