With her hectic schedule and jet-setter lifestyle, Kendall Jenner doesn’t have time to mess around with her wardrobe. In fact, when she finds a worthy staple or outfit formula<\/a>, she tends to stick with it for good. From her love of high-waisted denim to her affinity for oversized shirts, the model is wise to invest in what she knows to be chic and flattering, and this season, it seems we’ve spied her latest great catch: the cape coat.<\/p>\n

While casually strolling through a Los Angeles alleyway last night, Jenner was photographed wearing a statement leather trench coat<\/a> with an attached cape from Bottega Veneta\u2019s Spring\/Summer 2024 collection<\/a>. The modular piece was warm beige in tone, with the cape\u2019s inner lining flashing a glimpse of a white check print.<\/p>\n

The 818<\/a> founder cinched her waist in by tying the coat’s belt into a tight knot and completed the look with sheer grey tights and black pointed pumps. She carried a dark brown Andiamo<\/a> mini crossbody bag tucked under her arm like a clutch.<\/p>\n

Just days prior, the model shared a similar look via her stylist’s Instagram Story of another statement cape outerwear piece.<\/p>\n

While shopping at The Row<\/a> with friends, she opted for a cover-up that would make any fashion enthusiast stop in their tracks: a Phoebe Philo<\/a> leather bomber jacket. Part of the designer’s first namesake collection<\/a>, the piece, which retailed for almost $9000, came with an attachment to mimic a draped shawl.<\/p>\n

She finished the look with baggy white jeans, a brown leather tote bag that was also from Philo’s debut<\/a>, and black leather kitten heels.<\/p>\n
