In an era where members of Hollywood glam squads are becoming bona fide beauty-lebrities themselves<\/a>, Pamela Anderson is rebelliously defying expectations.<\/p>\n

The author, actress and recent reality fixture thanks to her renovation series Pamela\u2019s Garden Of Eden<\/em>\u2014a nod to her start as Tool Time girl on the sitcom Home Improvement<\/em>\u2014has frequently forgone the fanfare surrounding exhaustive beauty rituals for her public appearances.<\/p>\n

While her contemporaries produce extensive behind-the-scenes \u2018Get Ready With Me\u2019 routines and partake in pre-event photoshoots documenting the glam process, Anderson has eschewed these modes entirely\u2014entering a makeup-free<\/a> and easy-going era as a result.<\/p>\n

The latter was apparent on the red carpet of the British Fashion Council\u2019s Fashion Awards.<\/a><\/p>\n

Stepping out on the red carpet in London, Anderson continued her unconventional streak of baring her unfiltered complexion to paparazzi\u2019s watchful lenses.<\/p>\n

Without a drop of blurring foundation, filtering concealer or her signature 90s blowout, Anderson became the poster child of embracing your perfections and imperfections. A much-needed beauty lesson, and as Anderson is proving, one never too late to learn.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think it\u2019s a self-acceptance time of my life; just peeling back the layers \u2013 it\u2019s almost like a fresh slate,\u201d Anderson described to the press about her \u2018blank canvas\u2019 approach to beauty.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s a strict departure from her days of barbed wire tattoos, up-dos tied by a G-string, oversized feather hats<\/a>, red swimsuits<\/a> and skin-tight latex dresses.<\/p>\n

But after Anderson came forward with fresh revelations about her life and legacy in her 2022 memoir and documentary<\/a>, changing the public\u2019s perception and objecting the widely held misconceptions about who she was at her core, a reset appears to be the most pertinent course.<\/p>\n

And the most authentic to who she is as a person. \u201cI\u2019m just keeping it simple,\u201d Anderson continued. \u201cI thought I was retired, but it hasn\u2019t ended up that way. This is a whole new chapter.\u201d<\/p>\n
