Kanye West<\/a> has recently made his way to Dubai, first stopping in AlUla<\/a>, Saudi Arabia with speculations that he was working on a new album.<\/p>\n

The musician and rapper has been spotted out and about in the emirate at one of the hottest new hotels and restaurants.<\/p>\n
