Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum is a woman who wears many hats.<\/p>\n

As well as being a pioneer in the arts and culture space in Dubai<\/a>, she is an incredibly dedicated mother. The UAE sheikha has four children with her husband, Sheikh Faisal bin Saudi Al Qassimi \u2013 Mohammed, Shaikha, Hamdan and Hind.<\/p>\n

Bringing her family together over the weekend, including her father,\u00a0 His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and ruler of Dubai, there was calls for a celebration, for young Shaikha’s third birthday.<\/p>\n
