Tucked away in the Dubai Hills business park, just a stone\u2019s throw away from the mall, sits Chef Reif Othman\u2019s unconventional Korean eatery, Hoe Lee Kow<\/a>. The perfect place to while away an evening with friends, its upbeat, lively but laidback atmosphere and bright, quirky interiors provide the perfect ambiance for a menu brimming flavour and unexpected twists. This is Korean food Chef Reif style, after all. Think: sweet potato noodle soups, wagyu dumplings with kimchi croutons, crispy prawn seaweed rice rolls, and charcoal-grilled meats and seafood aplenty. Not forgetting the \u2018Reif Lunchbox\u2019, which was inspired by his school days spent rushing out the door where he\u2019d grab his lunchbox, causing its contents to jiggle. Once you give it a good shake, the delicious combination of kimchi fried rice, egg, marinated beef and Korean cabbage mix together to tantalise your tastebuds. Food, but fun.<\/p>\n
