Following last year\u2019s success with female pioneers, Emirati multidisciplinary designer Hajar Al Tenaiji, has joined forces with Level shoes to launch a new series labelled Objects of Design<\/em>, that unites elements of design, culture, art and fashion through creative collaborations. In the campaign\u2019s film, Hajar champions the extraordinary Emirati women who have enriched the art and cultural sector, contextualizing the field of object design and she also offers guidance and advice to inspire a new generation of Emirati women all set to break glass ceilings.<\/p>\n

\u201cEmirati women have recorded a remarkable presence in the local creative and cultural scenes thanks to the vision of our wise leadership, which continues to offer them a nurturing environment and the educational resources to express their ideas,\u201d says Hajar. She embraces her Emirati roots and is keen on advancing her cultural legacy through her craftsmanship. \u201cI present our local culture in a contemporary style by designing products inspired by our heritage while creating art installations and unique handicrafts that combine modernity and classicism.\u201d<\/p>\n

Incredible passionate about collaborative work , Hajar says \u201cThe cooperation with Level Shoes and Dubai Culture stems from my passion for highlighting Emirati heritage in my designs on the global stage. With over 15 years of experience in art and design, this campaign enables me to share my insights with future generations and motivate them to unleash their creativity and embody their ambitions,\u201d.<\/p>\n

The artist\u2019s showcase was revealed on 28th August at Level Shoes Dubai Mall and will be exhibited until 31 August. The accompanying film has gone live on the social platforms of both Level Shoes and Dubai Culture.<\/p>\n
