After Ariana Grande relocated to grey England from sunny Los Angeles to shoot the upcoming film adaptation of Wicked<\/em><\/a>, her latest sartorial foray proves the overcast climate has a covert influence over the popstars off-duty look. <\/span><\/p>\n

Taking to the grandstands at the nail-biting Wimbledon finale<\/a>, Grande departed from her bodysuit-laden on-stage wardrobe for a demure spin on the tenniscore aesthetic. <\/span><\/p>\n

For the athleisure-inspired occasion, Grande didn\u2019t lean into sportif tropes, instead embracing the stealth wealth style<\/a> the event called for. <\/span><\/p>\n

Cutting a quietly luxurious figure, the 30-year-old looked to the prep-infused designs of Ralph Lauren in a grey high-neck cashmere short-sleeve top and matching pleated maxi skirt with a heathered wool finish. <\/span><\/p>\n

Grande chose to complete her ensemble with an old money-esque leather tote bag from The Row, a pair of doll-inspired toy pumps from Loewe and Ozian circular frame sunglasses from Tiffany & Co<\/a>\u2014the latter\u2019s light azure-coloured lenses a clear nod to <\/span>Wicked\u2019s<\/span><\/i> Emerald City. <\/span><\/p>\n

Since Grande was announced as the pink-adorned Galinda the Good Witch<\/a>, the two-time Grammy award winner has fully embraced the hue in her on-set wardrobe. <\/span><\/p>\n

Yet, as we observed earlier in the year, the celebrity style set has eschewed the high-octane shade for the understatedly luxurious grey tone. And with Grande sitting courtside<\/a> near the Prince and Princess of Wales<\/a>, plus their children Prince George, 9, and Princess Charlotte, 8, the neutral greyscale outfit was a fitting choice. <\/span><\/p>\n

Later in the game, Grande was pictured flanked between her Wicked<\/em> co-star Jonathan Bailey and Andrew Garfield. Emma Watson, Tom Hiddleston and Lily James were also present at the match, seated in the celebrity-studded stand. <\/span><\/p>\n

Grande\u2019s appearance comes after Wicked\u2019s<\/em> production was halted due to the ongoing SAG-AFTRA actor strike<\/a>. It\u2019s reported that filming was almost completed. <\/span><\/p>\n

The star\u2019s outing also garnered controversy after Grande attended the match without her engagement ring, however, it\u2019s not uncommon for her to go without wearing the toi et moi pearl and diamond ring. <\/span><\/p>\n

However we since now know that the absence of Grande’s engagement ring was due to the pair being reportedly separated since January.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n

Grande wed high-profile real estate agent, Dalton Gomez, in an at-home wedding in 2021<\/a>.
