Jason Oppenheim, President of the Oppenheim Group, and Marie Lou Nurk have, in fact, split after 10 months of being together. The two met while vacationing in Greece and have kept a healthy relationship since then. They remained friends even after calling it quits. Jason shared in an Instagram story, “We remain close friends and continue to talk often and support each other and we want the very best for one another. We thank everyone for their support throughout our relationship.”<\/p>\n

In a recent Instagram story, Marie Lou shares that “something incredible happened” when asked if she has a new boyfriend. While the mystery man is yet to be revealed, we can assume that he could be someone local in Paris due to her previous difficulties with long-distance relationships. The 25-year-old divided her time between Paris and L.A, which proved to be a challenge for her when dating Jason. She says, “The truth is, we both knew from the beginning that I would have to move back because of my job, friends, and family being here.” The Selling Sunset recruit continued, “long distance relationships can be tough.”<\/p>\n

The model continued the Q&A by offering advice regarding heartbreaks and breakups. She advised, “When going through a breakup, it’s soso important to focus on yourself. Oftentimes, we become so deeply invested in loving someone else that we forget to love and care for ourselves.” The supporting star continues, “Remember, taking time to heal, rediscover your own worth, and focus on your own happiness is sooo important for moving forward and finding inner strength. And I know I am romantic but I really believe in destiny and think everything happens for a reason.”<\/p>\n
