HBO’s newest original The Idol<\/em> has been making a lot of headlines recently with its extreme portrayal of toxicity, misogyny and X-rated scenes. Just like The Idol’s<\/em> creators Sam Levinson and The Weeknd (aka Abel Tesfaye) have claimed for it to be “sick and twisted,” the show is a considerably darker and filthy rendition of the teen drama Euphoria. <\/em>Although we’re only on episode two of the show so far, can we expect The Idol<\/em> season 2?
