In remembrance of the remarkable life and influential career of Palestinian<\/a>-American journalist Shireen Abu Akleh<\/a>, a tribute concert presented by the esteemed Nehki Falastini is taking place. The event will take place at American University in Dubai on Saturday, May 20th, at 8:00 pm. This heartfelt gathering aims to celebrate Shireen’s<\/a> immense contributions while cherishing her favourite songs.<\/p>\n

Headlining the tribute concert is the exceptionally talented Palestinian-American artist, Lina Makoul. She will enchant the audience with a special music program, which includes Shireen’s most beloved songs, as well as her own compositions. Lina will perform a poignant piece composed exclusively for this occasion, utilising Shireen’s voice to create a unique tribute.<\/p>\n

The tribute concert commences with a soul-stirring performance by the talented voices of ‘One Harmony’ from the Tania Kassis Academy in Dubai.<\/p>\n

Celebrity news anchor Mohammad Abu Obeid will be in attendance to share his extensive experience in journalism, offering insights into the challenges he has faced throughout his career.
