Last week, a certain Swiftie section of the internet went into meltdown mode when the tabloids began reporting that their leader, Taylor Swift, has moved on from her breakup with her boyfriend of six-years, Joe Alwyn, with none other than the 1975\u2019s lead singer Matty Healy.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

After the news broke, Deux Moi popped up to say they\u2019d been told about the romance weeks ago but \u201cdidn\u2019t believe it,\u201d despite their source saying they knew how the pair were set up: through Swift’s co-collaborator, Jack Antonoff.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Mere hours later, Healy was spotted at a Taylor Swift concert with one of her best friends, Gigi Hadid, dancing and singing along to songs. Granted, he had good reason for being there: he performed with Phoebe Bridgers during the show. But then <\/em><\/span>Swift and Healy were <\/span>photographed together for the first time,<\/span><\/a> arriving back<\/span> at her Nashville house on 12:30 a.m. Sunday.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The dating confirmation comes after a video of Swift and Healy saying the same \u201cThis one is about you. You know who you are. I love you,\u201d line on stage during their concerts this week went viral. Healy was in the audience when Swift said hers. In another clip from January, Healy said he wouldn’t kiss anyone on stage because “Taylor Swift was in the audience.”<\/span><\/p>\n

Entertainment Tonight<\/span><\/a><\/em> spoke with a source who had this to say: <\/span>\u201cTaylor and Matty like each other. Taylor has a crush on Matty and they are having a good time hanging out. Matty also thinks Taylor is awesome and incredibly talented, too. They dated briefly in the past.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

A second source, confirmed Deux Moi’s account, telling the outlet, \u201cTaylor and Matty have been hanging out recently, and Jack Antonoff reconnected them.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Swift and Healy were <\/span>first rumoured to have dated<\/span> in December 2014. Healy <\/span>later denied<\/span> they were involved, writing on his Twitter in March 2016, \u201cNow if you want to talk about Taylor Swift, that is easy\u2026. Since she came to my show in December of 2014, I would say that 90 perfect of journalists that have interviewed me have asked about either her as a person or what our \u2018interaction\u2019 was like. I have said on countless occasions that I found her to be one of the most gracious, hard working, creatively gifted, and beautiful women that I have had the pleasure to meet. I personally have a lot of respect and admiration for her. Why would I not?\u201d<\/span>

\n<\/span>\u201cI didn’t even date Taylor, but the media’s incessant and brutal obsession with her has meant that even a guy who DIDN’T DATE HER has been so battered by their never-ending questions that he’s inevitably said something that can be lifted and molded into something that resembles \u2018shade.\u2019 It’s really sad.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

As for where Alwyn stands? We still don’t know why Swift’s friends all unceremoniously unfollowed him on Instagram recently, but on TikTok the girls and the gays like to speculate it has a little something to do with late-night scooter rides<\/a> he was taking during the filming of his recent
