Katie Holmes<\/a> never misses a beat with her trademark NYC style<\/a>. Stepping out in the fresh spring air on Monday, the actress served up yet another faultless outfit for our trans-seasonal moodboards.<\/p>\n

It starts with a pastel yellow suit<\/a> with just the right amount of edge. The blazer is oversized but still flattering, while the wide legs pants are low-slung, piquing our interest with a folded-over effect at the waist. Underneath, she layers a glittering sheer tank with a fishnet overlay on top of white lingerie.<\/p>\n

To polish off the look, Holmes wears a pair of nude pointed pumps, statement earrings<\/a> and a structured leather shoulder bag in a deep taupe hue. And, as usual, she kept her glam to a minimum with beachy waves and rosy cheeks.<\/p>\n

Heading to an appearance on Live with Kelly and Ryan<\/em>, the actress is gearing up to promote her new film Rare Objects<\/em>, a project she not only stars in but directed, produced, and co-wrote. Last week, she shared a trailer for the film on her Instagram, writing, “I am so excited to share the trailer for Rare Objects<\/em>. It is a film about friendship, resilience, truth and beauty.”<\/p>\n

While she may be sitting out of Paris Fashion Week<\/a>, Holmes, who is currently starring in the Broadway production of The Wanderers<\/em>, was present for New York Fashion Week<\/a>. Sitting front row alongside other A-listers, the actress sported a black turtleneck and blazer with eye-catching zebra print pants at Michael Kors<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Just a few days before, she wore a dreamy khaki coat over a black midi dress and slouchy knee-high leather boots for the Ulla Johnson show<\/a>.<\/p>\n
