Gucci may have shocked the fashion industry when it announced the sudden departure of its creative director Alessandro Michele in October, but if you thought that meant the Italian fashion house would be absent \u2013 or less visible \u2013 on the red carpet season, you would be wrong. Gucci\u2019s designs were some of the most prominent \u2013 and glamorous \u2013 at the recent Golden Globes ceremony and now everyone\u2019s favourite actress Daisy Edgar-Jones is front and centre at the Critics Choice Awards wearing its designs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Walking the red carpet alongside Anya Taylor-Joy, Cate Blanchett and Janelle Monae, the 24-year-old British actress stood out from the crowd in a cut-out Gucci gown in black metallic fabric, featuring cape-like sleeves and a wrap-around skirt with a thigh-high split.<\/span><\/p>\n

Edgar-Jones added a pair of black strappy sandals to her feet and a pair of diamond drop earrings, which she paired with a matching bracelet. She wore her brunette hair loosely styled with her outgrown fringe tucked behind her ears to give the illusion of curtain bangs.<\/p>\n
