It was a big year for JLO and Ben Affleck \u2013 they remarried (first in Vegas and then at the Affleck family home in Riceboro, Georgia. They honeymooned in Paris, and basically made all of us believe in real love.<\/p>\n

The newlyweds also celebrated their first Christmas together as husband and wife, an occasion JLO documented both on Instagram, and via her exclusive newsletter, On The JLo.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

The singer explained that her theme for the season was Hummingbird: “I like to create a theme for every holiday. “I wrote a song called Hummingbird for my new album, This Is Me \u2026 Now. To me, hummingbirds are messengers of love. They\u2019re very agile\u2014can fly forward, backward, and up and down. They\u2019re also the fastest bird but they always have time to stop, eat something sweet and smell the roses. I identify with them, but more than anything, whenever I see one, I feel like it\u2019s a sign from God that everything is going to be OK.”<\/p>\n

She started the festivities with a Holiday party for which she wore a sequinned Gucci dress. As per her newsletter, she bought the number earlier in the year and was saving it for a special occasion (and we can see why).<\/p>\n

On the 25th, she changed into a blue silk dress with red bows (the designer is TBC, but it does look a little bit like Alessandra Rich) for a meal with her blended family: her and husband Ben, and their children (JLO has twins Emme and Max whom she shares with ex-husband Marc Anthony, while ben has three children Violet, Seraphina and Samuel with ex-wife Jennifer Garner).<\/p>\n
