Despite being the queen of glamour, Kim Kardashian has traditionally held strong to not participating in one trend \u2013 long nails. While the star’s siblings Khloe Kardashian and Kylie Jenner are rarely spotted without an XXL manicure, the Skims founder has previously said that she “can’t do” long nails.<\/p>\n

While Kardashian does indulge in a major nail moment on occasion, for the day-to day she prefers more understated lengths and shades. “Every once in a while I get [long nails] for vacation, [and] I have a whole different attitude,” she told Allure<\/em><\/a> in an interview earlier this year.<\/p>\n

She explained that her reasoning was ultimately down to practicality. “When I have my nails on, everyone will laugh,” she told the publication. “They’ll be like nothing you’re saying on text makes sense.”<\/p>\n

But it seems the star has decided to relax her stance \u2013 for the moment, at least \u2013 after she was snapped with a stiletto set of nails at the annual Baby2Baby Gala in Los Angeles this past weekend.<\/p>\n
