You\u2019ll have plenty of opportunity to give your wellbeing a refresh over the next few weeks. The factory reset vibes kick off from Wednesday onwards when Venus, then Mercury shimmy your way and ask, \u201chow can we make health more adventurous?\u201d Mountain biking, team sport, dodge ball \u2013 it\u2019s all good, just make sure whatever you do, you make it fun.<\/p>\n

There\u2019s some reprieve coming your way this week, and better still, it looks decidedly saucy.
