Selena Gomez’s new documentary\u00a0My Mind & Me<\/em><\/a> has thrust the singer and actor back into the spotlight, especially when it comes to talk about her private life. The Apple TV+ film shed light on the star’s battles with mental and physical health, while also documenting her rise to fame and the impact that had on friends and family.<\/p>\n

Gomez has since done media appearances, one being an interview with\u00a0Rolling Stone<\/em><\/a>. In the candid chat, Gomez said Taylor Swift is currently her only “industry friend”.<\/p>\n

\u201cI never fit in with a cool group of girls that were celebrities,” she says. “My only friend in the industry really is Taylor [Swift], so I remember feeling like I didn\u2019t belong.”<\/p>\n

This was news, apparently, to Francia Raisa, an American actress with roles in\u00a0How I Met Your Father<\/em> and\u00a0Bring It On: All Or Nothing<\/em>. She’s also the person who gave a kidney to Gomez back in 2017 during her critical health battle with lupus.<\/p>\n
