But ever since Huda Kattan announced the release of her Huda Beauty Neon Obsession palettes, day-glo inspired beauty looks have been popping up all over our Instagram feed.<\/p>\n

A-listers like Kendall Jenner, Rihanna and Katy Perry have been dipping their make-up brushes into the trend, sporting popping shadows in an aray of high definition hues all summer long. But that doesn’t mean neon is a poolside flash in the palette.<\/p>\n
