The yearlong cultural movement Qatar Creates<\/a> has reeled in plenty of enriching experiences for art lovers. This week has been specifically pivotal for fashion in Doha<\/a>\u00a0with rolling events, like\u00a0Fashion Trust Arabia 2022<\/a>\u00a0and the grand opening of the \u201cForever Valentino<\/a>\u201d exhibition by the Italian fashion brand. <\/span>\u201cForever Valentino\u201d is a celebration of the storied heritage house\u2019s triumphs over the last six decades and will run from the 28th of October 2022 to April 1st 2023, at the exhibition at Gallery 1 and 2, M7, in Msheireb Downtown Doha\u2019s design and innovation hub. <\/span><\/p>\n

The exhibition aims to recognise the accomplishments of the house\u2019s founder, Valentino Garavani<\/a>, in time to celebrate his 90th birthday as well as the launch of Valentino\u2019s Haute Couture collection, called \u201cThe Beginning,\u201d which will be revealed at the birthplace of the brand, Rome, Italy. There could not have been a more opportune time for Valentino’s momentous exhibition, with all eyes in the fashion industry looking to Doha for Qatar Creates\u2019s lineup of events.<\/span><\/p>\n

Valentino\u2019s \u201cForever Valentino\u201d exhibition in Doha, Qatar, is the brand\u2019s premiere exhibit in the MENA region and the biggest installation it has ever held worldwide. It consists of over 200 Valentino Haute Couture pieces and pr\u00eat-\u00e0-porter outfits that have been archived throughout the brand\u2019s six-decade run, including pieces from Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser<\/a>\u2019s private collection of Valentino garments.
