Anna Delvey<\/a> could be released from ICE detention soon, but only if she can find a place to stay. According to a report from\u00a0Page Six<\/a>, <\/em>U.S. Immigration Judge Charles Conroy granted her a $10,000 USD bond, which she is believed to be able to pay, but is struggling to find a residential address. There she will be under “24-hour confinement\u201d for \u201cthe duration of her immigration proceedings.\u201d<\/p>\n

Delvey, whose real name is Anna Sorokin, will also not be allowed to post to her one million social media followers \u201ceither directly or by a third party” during this period.<\/p>\n

Her attorney Duncan Levin, said in a statement: \u201cWe are extremely gratified by the court\u2019s decision today to release Anna Sorokin. The judge rightfully recognised that Anna is not a danger to the community. While there are still a few hurdles to jump through on her release conditions, Anna is thrilled to be getting out so she can focus on appealing her wrongful conviction.\u201d<\/p>\n
