How are you finding the transition to a new way of working\/life?<\/strong><\/em>
\nFor me, the transition hasn\u2019t been too hard. I\u2019m enjoying the slower pace which means I have more time to be creative and to complete projects that have been on hold. Thankfully I am in a safe atmosphere so I\u2019m mentally at ease. I treat myself to my daily matcha and have ditched my desktop for my laptop so I can work outdoors in the garden as much as possible.<\/p>\n

What have been the biggest challenges?<\/strong><\/em>
\nThe most significant is reevaluating previously set deadlines while having to put projects on hold for the safety of all involved. Saying this, the situation has made us all work and be creative to find new ways of hitting those goals.<\/p>\n

What’s been the most pleasant surprise?<\/strong>
\nWorking together and seeing the kindness and support that everyone is showing each other. Also, reconnecting with people I haven’t communicated with in a long time and just finding new and inspiring ways to connect and create.<\/p>\n

What are your hopes for the future?<\/strong><\/em>
\nI hope that we come out of this healthy and stronger than before. I believe this is a time for regeneration. Change is always difficult but experiencing hard times is what steers us in a new direction and leads us to something better. I also hope we commit to caring for one another while striving to be inspired.<\/p>\n

What message do you have for Grazia readers?<\/strong><\/em>
\nThis won\u2019t last forever, so in the meantime take care, be positive and stay home if possible. Make sure to check in on your friends and family and enjoy the peace and slower pace of this new normal.<\/p>\n
